Pre-Ordering & Back Orders Policy

Release Date
The release date of a product will be in the product description on our website. This date is not guaranteed due to forces outside of our control such as manufacturing delays. We will always do our best to keep this as accurate as possible.

Availability
Pre-Ordered items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. This applies to any incentives or give-aways that may be included in your pre-order where limited stock is available.

Delivery
We will aim to deliver pre-ordered products for their release date. We will always do our best to keep to this and in the event we cannot, we will keep you informed.
Your delivery period will apply from when your products are shipped and only when all products in your order are in-stock. We cannot fulfil partial orders of mixed pre-order and in-stock items.

Payment
Payment is taken and processed at the time your order is placed. If for any reason we cannot fulfil your order, a full refund will be issued.

Unfortunetly Flexible Payment methods such as Clearpay and Klarna cannot be used with Pre-Order purchases. Orders placed with these methods will be cancelled. 


Cancellations
We will accept cancellations of non-customised pre-ordered products before the order has shipped. We will refund you the amount paid minus the processing fees of the transaction.
On highly sought after products, allocations of stock are possible from our wholesalers. When such allocations occur we reserve the right to cancel your pre-order and refund you in full for the product.
